Traditional methods of contracting involve the client hiring their Architect, Engineers, and Contractors separately. This can contribute to a contentious atmosphere by pitting the separate entities against one another. Often times the client is left to deal with the things that "fall through the cracks", usually resulting in a loss of time and money.

Because of our affiliations with "The Team", there is a smooth transition between each phase of the job. Acting as architect, builder and project manager provides us with control over all aspects of the project, to create the Client's vision to its most exacting form.
